Joseph City Tourney Champs

Last weekend we went to Joe City for a volleyball tournament. There were 16 schools there and ended up taking 1st place! We beat Round Valley the championship game! Way to go girls! Great thing for your senior year! 🏐 Here are pictures from the celebration!

When Bridget is out on her rotation she always sits on the end of the bench by Whitmer. She has been doing it all 3 years of varsity. He always gives her advice and where to place her serves.

After the tournament we were taking pictures and Bridget said she had to get a picture with me. So we were taking it and she told me I needed to hold on to the trophy too because I was the one who really deserved it. She is so sweet!

Best times ever!!  This game we played Ferdonia and beat them like 56 to 7.  They got the 7 points because our JV was in and let them score.  Rhett was super excited so he would be able to play.  He played about 3/4 of the game.  So fun to watch both boys out playing on the field at the same time!

Senior Night

Last Tuesday was Senior night for Volleyball.  I can't believe this time really came for Bridget.  I guess it was a good thing I got all my tears out about it Monday night after telling Caleb bye and coming home and Bridget filling out her Senior Bio sheet for senior night.  Guess it was too much for me!  Tylinn was the photographer and did great with it as you can see! :)

 I love this girl so much!  She has been a delight to be a mom too and always is so considerate of me and others.  It has been so much fun to watch her through all the sports and games she has played which has been many through the past 6 years.  I hope someday I can be as righteous and great as her!

Elder Whipple - See you in 2!

Well Caleb is really gone on his mission.  With not knowing if he could go on a mission due to some sleeping problems he has we have been praying that this day would come.  Well it did and the only thing harder would be having a child go that I birthed! Caleb left October 4th for the Paraguay Asuncion North Mission.  He will be a great missionary - the people there are lucky to get such a great missionary.  I am sure he is loving every minute of it in the MTC learning more of the gospel and learning his Spanish better.  Kaylee drew this cute picture for him before he left but I don't know that he came over after she drew it to see it.  He will be missed by all of us.

 Sure love this boy!  We can't wait until we get an email and get to hear how he is doing.  These past 5 days have seemed like it was forever ago. I know it will fly once we get this going.
