She Said YES! Karsten and Bridget

Well this happened last night and we are so excited for Bridget and Karsten! They have the date June 23 picked so we have a busy month of May and June with graduation, a wedding and Dustin leaving! Thankfully it’s all good things!! We love Karsten and are so happy to have him in our family!

These lights say “will you marry” and Karsten friends got Bridget there a little too early so he didn’t  have the “me” finished but pretty sure Bridget knew what he was asking! He took her to Oak Creek Canyon Lookout yo do this. It had snowed a little bit that day so Bridget said it was so pretty out side. He had little luminaries set up around and gave her a beautiful ring!

Special Olympics Tourch Run

May 1st was the tourch run for this year. Rhett, Tylinn, and Dustin all got to run. I was there with Derik again this year. It is always a fun day for all!

Senior Presentation

Oh my goodness I love this Senior boy of mine. He made it through his Senior Presentation with a 91%. For as much time and effort as he put in it’s a great grade!

He job shadowed Dr. Blair in snowflake and loved every minute of it. Dustin hopes to be an optometrist some day! We hope so too!

Quad Ride

These guys went for a quad ride down the canyon last Saturday. They had lots of fun and got a little dirty!

National Honors Society

Rhett was inducted into NHS last night. Dustin was already a member the past 2 years  so he got to light the candles. 

Girls Dance Recital

The girls had their dance recital this past weekend. They have loved dance and did a great job!

Tylinn Personal Progress Dinner

The stake had a young women dinner the other night honoring the girls that got their Personal Progress finished. Tylinn got hers- we enjoyed a nice dinner.
