Kids Activities

The 4th grade come to Mountain Meadows to sing to us.  It was great having Kaylee come to my school.  Derik loved it too!

Then was the Golden Mustang Assembly.  Tylinn and Kaylee both won a big foot pillow for the foot prints they had written in the hall and a blizzard from DQ.

 Abbie, Lily and Kaylee
Tylinn has been able to play Majors Softball.  I have been lucky to get to help Marinda coach these cute girls.  Kaylee couldn't play because of her broken arm.

Tylinn is looking forward to next school year for Jr. High Softball!
Dustin and Bridget all suited up for Baccalaureate.  The choir sang there tonight.  Lots of activities going on for the last days of school.  We sure are blessed!

Kitty's and work

We have cute little kitty's that we brought in the house to have a drink of milk!

And Bridget started her first day of work at Ace last week.  We are grateful she has a summer job to earn some money!

Happy Mother's Day

And a Happy Mother's Day it was!  Woke up to kids making pancakes for Breakfast with butter milk syrup Rhett made.

Bridget being a helper fixing hair.
 Kaylee making salad.
 Dad doing dishes.
It is nice to feel spoiled and loved for a day!  I have a great family and am thankful for my mother and mother -in- law!!

Broken Arm

Kaylee was at the Parry's house and was eunning down the stairs and slipped on the tile and put her hand down to catch herself and ended up breaking her arm. We waited for a few days thinking the swelling would be down enough but took her and yes it was broken but still too swollen to cast.
So we took her back a few days later to get her cast on....
All finished with her pink cast!

National Honors Society Induction

Dustin was inducted into the National Honors Society last night.  Bridget is already a member so it is great to have both of them in it.  These are great kids!

 Getting his candle lit.

The McLaws kids in National Honors Society

 All the old members
And all the members.  Fun times!

Special Olympics Torch Run/Ride

Yesterday was the Special Olympics Torch Run.  I was able to go with Derik to it.  They didn't have enough high school track kids to help run the torch so Rhett got to help.  He loved doing that!  Bridget got to ride to Payson again with a group of people.  He loved it last year but this year was great because the weather was beautiful!
We are all waiting at the church for everybody so we could leave.

Derik got to ride in his bike from Bison to Tin Pan Alley.
Had to get a last picture with this guy before he headed down the rim
All the Special kids ready to go.
This little guy David was in the wagon and didn't want to stay in it for long and was walking pretty slow so I carried him quite a ways then Bruce took over.  It is always great they let the Capps kids out of School to come watch.  Tylinn found us.

 And Kaylee
All the bikers ready to go.

 And they are off....

They made it safe and sound and Bruce had a great time!

Softball Pictures

It was time to turn in uniforms and I wanted to get some pictures of these 2 together before they turned them in.  Dustin didn't want to go down to the field so I only got a couple of him.

They both ended up with number 19 just out of coincidence.

We got lots with this beauty!  She loves softball!

In the dugout they all have their own little cubby and here is Bridget's.
