Bridget's 8th Grade Promotion is coming up. Of course this means a new dress. Sienna had big plans of Sienna's mom and me and the 2 girls going to the Valley for the weekend and do some shopping and playing to get their dresses. The 1 weekend we could go Holli was going to come so I couldn't go. Bridget and I decided to see what we could find in Showlow for a dress. If we couldn't find any thing we would figure something out. The first store we went to there we found a way cute dress that looked just like something Bridget would love. We looked at a few other stores and didn't find anything so we went back to the 1st store and got her dress. Went to Payless and found the perfect sandals for it. (You will have to wait to see pics of the dress!!) Bridget and Sienna decided it would be ok to invite Chaylene even though she is a 7th grader.

Fun!
D Backs
The same day as the Capitol trip Olivia invited Bridget to stay down there and go to a D Backs game for her birthday. Bridget had a blast and loved being spoiled!
Capitol Trip
Last month Bridget's 8th grade went to the State Capitol. Here are a few pictures Bridget took from the trip.

Tooth Fairy
Today the Tooth Fairy came to school. She talked to the kids about taking care of their teeth. I have never known for sure what the tooth fairy looks like but this is pretty close to what I would have imagined!

Kidney
Yesterday I took Tylinn to the doctor with a bladder infection. The Dr. was talking to her and asked her if she knew what a kidney was and where it was. Tylinn shook her head with confidence. I was kind of surprised she knew right where it was but whatever. Anyway when he asked her to show him where it was she pointed to her knee. That was her kid knee! The Dr. got a very good laugh out of it and Tylinn was dead serious. I guess all 3 of us learned something from that - the Dr. and I that kids have 4 kidneys and Tylinn learned where her other 2 are inside her!
Last week Rhett's class along with the other 5th grade class walked to our house to check out our animals. They came to see the baby goats, pigs and kittens. I was way bummed because I was subbing and couldn't be here. I asked Bruce to please give all the kids a Rice Krispie Treat and take some pictures. Right before they were leaving Rhett reminded him they needed a picture so here it is!
Special Day
Last Sunday Bridget was able to get her Patriarchal Blessing from Patriarch Maner. It was a very spiritual experience. She was promised some amazing things! Just another huge blessing of being a member of the church. Sister Maner took these pictures and emailed them to us.
